·	Advised on appeals in corporate rehabilitation cases and defense against bankruptcy filings

·	Handled a number of complex bankruptcy cases, including disclaimer proceedings, confirmation trials for redeemable convertible preferred stocks, and penalty claims

·	Advised on numerous M&A of rehabilitated companies

·	Advised listed companies on rehabilitation proceedings and delisting defense, etc.

·	Advised the creditors of Company S in the rehabilitation proceedings

·	Advised Company B on the bankruptcy of its Korean parts supplier

·	Advised a shipping company in its rehabilitation proceedings (including the process of recognizing Korean court decisions in foreign countries)

·	Advised a manufacturing company on rehabilitation proceedings

·	Advised an overseas apparel manufacturer on the rehabilitation of its Korean supplier

·	Represented creditors in the rehabilitation proceedings of a Korean publishing company

·	Represented a foreign creditor in the rehabilitation proceedings of an automotive parts supplier

·	Counsel to creditors in the rehabilitation proceedings of a Korean shipbuilding company

·	Advised on more than 2,000 individual bankruptcy cases and delivered lectures on credit recovery at public institutions such as Eunpyeong Village and Yongsan-gu Community Center

Personal Rehabilitation: Preparation of initial application, conservatorship, cease-and-desist order, repayment plan, and other procedures, prompt and accurate response, zero cases of dismissal due to intentional misconduct or negligence on the part of the attorney, 80% to 90% principal debt discharge in numerous individual insolvency cases, and many successful cases of sole proprietorship and reapplication

·	Personal Bankruptcy: Litigation and out-of-court strategic defense against bankruptcy and discharge applications, as well as bankruptcy trustee's disclaimer issues; zero cases of final dismissal, and numerous cases of post-petition discharge confirmation
