·	Advised Company Y (pharmaceutical/bio) on technology exception listing (including review of technology evaluation applications)

·	Advised Company D, a KOSDAQ-listed company, on responding to sanctions for non-compliance of disclosure obligations (revocation of disclosures)

·	Advised Company C, a KOSDAQ-listed company, on defending against substantive review for delisting due to allegations of embezzlement/breach of fiduciary duty

·	Advised Pharmaceutical Company Y on technology exception listing

·	Advised Automation Equipment company C on technology exception listing

·	Advised on maintaining the listing status of a company facing post-listing issues following its technology-exception listing, and technology evaluations

·	Advised Companies S and I on preparations for technology exception listing

·	Provided regular advisory services (on a retainer basis) for technology-exception listed companies

·	Provided defense against delisting for multiple companies listed on the Korea Exchange and KOSDAQ

·	Advised multiple companies listed on the Korea Exchange and KOSDAQ in response to audit (accounting supervision, etc.)

·	Provided comprehensive advice on disputes over corporate control and embezzlement of former executives for listed Companies D, I, and V (successfully recovered management control)

·	Responded to and advised on a hostile M&A case against Company L

·	Analyzed and developed a strategy for the listing of Company D, and established strategies for the restructuring of its corporate governance and securing new growth engines through spin-offs, etc.

·	Successfully represented and defended Company E (debtor) in a bankruptcy case

·	Advised Company P on the restructuring of its subsidiary (reviewed restructuring plans and financial effects of restructuring, etc.)

·	Advised listed companies on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving entities under restructuring (distressed M&A) across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., China, and Indonesia

·	Advised Company S on the acquisition of Company D (steel and structural pipes) through bond acquisition and equity conversion (including valuation)

·	Provided comprehensive advice on IPO of Company L (unlisted company)

·	Advised Company B on attracting investment and securing management rights, etc.

·	Advised on merger between related parties within a large corporate group

·	Secured a successful defense for major corporations in share purchase rights disputes

·	Advised a joint venture (JV) investor on strategies for reorganizing the JV's governance structure

·	Advised and resolved an insider trading case involving an employee of Company I (publicly traded company) resulting in the official closure of the investigation

·	Advised and represented Securities Company T (privately held company) in a derivative market stock price manipulation case (secured full acquittals in both the first and second instances)
