·	Represented 12 construction companies in claiming overhead costs for Subway Line 7 against Seoul Metropolitan Government

Advised on numerous claims for contract price adjustments arising from design changes, price fluctuations, and actual cost settlements, including representing Samsung C&T in an arbitration for the Incheon LNG Tanks 13 and 14 site to recover KRW 12.4 billion, and supporting a KRW 13 billion design change claim for the KTX Section 7-2 site

·	Advised on compensation schemes for partner companies due to the suspension of nuclear power plant construction and conducted reviews for contract price adjustments following design changes

·	Represented major construction companies in a lawsuit against the Republic of Korea to confirm the status of the successful bidder for detailed design

·	Defended a construction company against damages claims filed by fish farm operators regarding fish mortality related to the Four Major Rivers Project

·	Represented clients in investigations by the Fair Trade Commission and the Prosecution, and in subsequent damages litigation concerning alleged bid-rigging for major public projects including the Han River Section 3, Honam High-Speed Railway, and Soyang River Dam projects

·	Defended against numerous subcontracting disputes, including claims for construction payments and damages for violations of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act

·	Represented a developer in a damages claim concerning alleged exaggerated advertising of infrastructure surrounding an apartment complex

·	Provided legal counsel for New Stay (corporate-led public rental housing) projects, including those in Wonseong-dong, Cheonan

·	Represented major construction firms such as D Construction and H Construction in litigation involving construction payments, assigned receivables, indemnity claims, defect repairs, and damages

·	Represented mid-sized construction firms such as K Construction and H Construction in cases regarding, inter alia, indirect costs, confirmation of invalidity of subcontract terminations, and return of unjust enrichment

·	Represented K Corp in lawsuits involving damages claims and loan repayments related to presale management trusts and fund management agency agreements

·	Litigated cases regarding the invalidity of management and disposal plans for the B Complex reconstruction and preliminary injunctions to prohibit general meetings for the A Complex urban redevelopment project
