The AI · Platform · Technology Practice Group at LIN was established in 2019 through the integration with Tech & Law, a premier boutique firm renowned for its specialized expertise since 2012. ·	Counseled delivery platforms and car-sharing companies on big data utilization strategies and privacy issues in new service launches

·	Provided internal control assessments and advisory services for credit information protection (e.g., Big Data E-Card systems) and MyData license applications for major banks and tech companies

·	Advised Electronic Medical Record (EMR) providers and bio-tech companies on medical data privacy and GDPR compliance for European market entry

·	Represented large-scale e-commerce malls in high-profile data breach crisis response and subsequent class-action litigations

·	Advised multiple virtual asset exchanges (VASP) on license registration, internal control systems, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance

·	Provided end-to-end advisory on offshore incorporation (Singapore, Hong Kong, Malta), SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens), and token issuance structures, including non-security status legal opinions

·	Structured and advised on NFT sales consignment, avatar NFT production, and art NFT platforms for banks, game companies, and entertainment firms

·	Handled complex disputes involving exchange token investors and criminal defense/prosecution regarding virtual asset transactions

·	Provided comprehensive legal oversight for blockchain-based broadcasting productions and pilot system consulting for the Bank of Korea’s CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency)

·	Advised car-sharing and micro-mobility (e-scooter) platforms on business models, terms of use, and compliance with the Passenger Transport Service Act and Road Traffic Act

·	Guided numerous mobility and tech startups through the Regulatory Sandbox application process to enable innovative service launches

·	Participated in the enactment of key technology laws, including the ICT Special Act, the 3D Printing Industry Promotion Act, and the Mobile Device Distribution Improvement Act

·	Conducted high-level research for government bodies (MSIT, Ministry of Education, Statistics Korea) on big data distribution platforms, AI-era regulatory paradigms, and blockchain legal framework improvements
