Advised domestic and foreign asset management companies (domestic registration of overseas funds, public offering of domestic private equity funds and in-country and cross-border dual listings, establishing domestic subsidiaries by overseas asset management companies, representation in disputes for various asset management companies)

·	Advised domestic and foreign securities companies (obtaining licenses/approvals for OTC derivatives, responding to various inspections by the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), and providing counsel to securities companies on M&A transactions)

·	Advised major savings banks on general matters, M&A transactions, and responses to measures taken by supervisory/regulatory authorities

·	Performed investigations and advised on issues related to anti-money laundering regulations of the regulatory authorities including the US DOJ

·	Advised financial institutions on global IT regulatory compliance and operational readiness

·	Advised on the authorization, establishment, and operation of an Internet-Bank

·	Advised on licenses and approvals for financial institutions, such as financial investors

·	Advised on the approval of changing major shareholders of financial companies

·	Advised on the interpretation of financial laws and the authoritative interpretation of the government

·	Prepared and advised on proposals of legislation for deregulation of financial laws and regulations
