Recently, LIN's Listing & Compliance Advisory Team successfully advised Company C, a KOSDAQ-listed cosmetics manufacturing and sales company, on maintaining its listed status. The Team successfully advised the company by persuading it that, although an event triggering a substantive review of its listing eligibility had occurred, the case did not warrant such a review and demonstrating  through a comprehensive evaluation that no grounds for the review existed, thereby facilitating the resumption of trading for Company C.
 
Additionally, the Listing & Compliance Advisory Team provided advice to Company S, Korea’s sole brand battery manufacturer, on maintaining its listing in the second half of 2022. The Team successfully facilitated the resumption of trading for Company S, which had been delisted for various reasons including embezzlement, rehabilitation proceedings, and a disclaimer of audit opinion.
